Re: July Utility Bill

Dear Customer,

Utility bills for the month of July were mailed on Wednesday, July 26. Unfortunately, due to a computer glitch, your bill was mailed with an incorrect address. The bills have been reprinted, and your correct bill is enclosed with this notification.

We regret that this happened and offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Because of the delay in getting your bill delivered to you, the due date is being extended to August 15. Automated bank drafts for payment will be presented on August 15 as well.

We value our customers and have taken all the necessary measures to ensure that bills are mailed and delivered to you in a timely manner in the future. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this matter.
